Individual Therapy

Individual therapy (sometimes called “psychotherapy” or talk therapy) can be beneficial for those struggling with intensely difficult issues or for those who wish to fine-tune their life experience.

Group Therapy

Group psychotherapy is no different. It provides a place where you come together with others to share problems or concerns to better understand your situation and to learn from and with each other.

Relationship Therapy

Navigating through challenges and dilemmas inherent in relationship cycles and life stages can pose many unique challenges. Whether in the family, community, work place or school setting, healthy relationships promote physical and emotional well being, develop empathy and understanding, and facilitate learning.

Therapy for Men

Men are rarely afforded the space to openly discuss and process feelings and emotions. A common myth is that men either don’t have emotions or don’t want to talk about their feelings. Men experience the same breadth and depth of emotions as the opposite sex. The powerful role of gender and mental illness stigma are often immovable barriers that stop men from deviating from the “gender script” and seeking the support they need.
